On January, 24, 2011, an increase in the pressure of Dominion East Ohio’s natural gas lines resulted in multiple fires. The plaintiffs, represented by The DiCello Law Firm of Mentor, along with the Dworken & Bernstein and Murray and Murray law firms, alleged this was caused by the negligence of Dominion East Ohio in maintaining and operating of its natural gas system. Dominion East Ohio has agreed to a settlement.
