In May 2025, the Village of Fairport Harbor published the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for the 2024 calendar year. Following its release, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) identified errors in the original report. In response, the Village amended the CCR to ensure all required information is accurate and complete.

We are committed to transparency and regulatory compliance and have issued the corrected version of the report below.
