Prior to 2026, the Council approved the payment register at each regular Council meeting by ordinance. Although these actions were recorded in the meeting minutes, no physical ordinance document was created for adoption. Beginning in 2026, the practice of assigning ordinance numbers to payment register approvals was discontinued. As a result, some ordinance numbers from prior years may be missing from the record.
